Coil Over Shock Jack Screw Wedge Adjustment Bracket Assembly Made in USA

Every Racer knows when it comes to making coil over wedge adjustments, it’s not uncommon for the jack screw to dig into the wedge adjustment mount and cause binding issues or spinning of the shock when making adjustments. The problem with the other coil over wedge adjustment assemblies that are being manufactured and used by racers all over the world, is that when making any adjustments they are being made with the full weight of the car on the wedge adjustment mount or the car has to be jacked up to take the weight off so the jack screw will turn freely and not bind up. No longer! Through in house engineering, testing and manufacturing, Bryans Racing Enterprises has come up with a solution. We have created a wedge adjustment assembly that will not bind when making adjustments under load and the shock will not spin. This eliminates the need to jack the car up, saving the crew valuable time and resources in the garage or a race day pit stop. The wedge adjustment mount is made from CNC machined billet aluminum with a hard anodized red finish and is available with a 3.5”, 4” or 5” jack screw. Each assembly comes with a 3/4"-16 x (3.5/4/5/") steel jack screw, 1 fixed bushing and 1 removable “floating” bushing to allow for different thickness mono-balls, 1 weld-in bung and 1 ½”- 13 grade 8 bolt and nut assembly. The assembly is compatible with most major brand of shocks, including but not limited to Penske, Bilstein, Ohlin, JRI, QA1 and Fox.
